Excellent service following my vehicle being towed i received a luxury vehicle replacement the following morning at my work place. The delivery driver Gavin was incredibly polite and patient as I was stuck in a meeting, and kindly waited over an hour until I was free to accept the car.

Fantastic experience with LCH. Derek contacted me earlier in the day to give an approximate time that he would arrive at my BMW dealer with the hire car whilst mine was off the road awaiting parts. Derek presented me with a m440i xdrive convertible in a very clean and presentable condition and proceeded to check the car over with me so that I was happy to proceed with the hire. Derek explained everything to me about re fueling on return and not speeding in the vehicle as it was tracked and had dash cams fitted. Derek is an asset to the company, words can only describe a very nice gentleman and very polite. I left on my way with the hire car until mine was ready. Upon my vehicle being ready for collection after 8 weeks I fully fueled the vehicle and valeted it. Would not hesitate to use LCH in the future. Brilliant company with lovely cars. Thank you.
