Centre of the high street, quiet place to stop and have a coffee, visit the library, use the facilities or rest. My favourite stop in the high street

The staff were really helpful. When I went out was really busy with lots of people milling about, waiting. My only criticism is the museum was not signposted clearly enough and I got quite confused.

Not just a library it has a cafe community rooms a youth area loads of study areas and even a little museum. No parking on site even for blue badge but easy access and disability friendly

The current exhibition (until 22/10/22) is of the Northern Tube line that never was. Fascinating to see how close Borehamwood got to being on the tube map. There's a working model railway of what would have been the route. Well worth a visit!

Parking was very bad even with my blue badge had to park on double yellow lines on a corner not abstructing pedestrians.

Great venue for events like birthdays etc. Shame there is no parking for guests.

The building is easily accessible, in the heart of borehamwood town center. The building holds a library, a cafe area, seating, a small garden area, the museum, and lots of activities are run here. They have a lift to the upstairs, and disabled toilets to. Lovely space. Highly recommend

The amount of times I've walked past this place and never knew it was a hidden gem and not just a library......went to see pro wrestling with my son and it was absolutely amazing, staff all on point, atmosphere electric and the place itself is clean and welcoming, will be following to see what else goes on there.....nice cafe too with excellent service

You can find here from the books to the local Slimming Word classes many things. I love to visit it with our toddlers as well.
