No complaints about the staff. Far from it, all are helpful and do their best to assist. Food is fine and no complaints; sometimes there's too much and I have to leave some, especially at lunchtime. There are activities for patients and building is in reasonably good repair, although possibly getting near to needing a spruce-up at some point down the line. Clearly, the staff are very busy and have some challenging patients to support; so I think you have to cut them some slack on occasion. I am here for physiotherapy and will leave sooner rather than later. I'd have no concerns about coming back, not would I have any worries about elderly relatives or family coming here, short term or long term.

Staff at reception lazy playing on his phone. Lift lights dont work, residents bathroom full of unused commodes. One female resident was bouncing head up and down on table, she couldnt control herself, obviously needed assistance. Buzzers ringing for over 20 minuets and no carers came to assist. Looks to be understaffed and carers dont care. One male staff just hanging around playing with his phone and looking at the female resident banging her head. Absolte disgrace should be closed down !

I have had the privilege to visit Forest Care Village many times in the last few year and can say that my experience has always been very positive. From the moment you enter the home you can see friendly faces and very helpful people at the reception who will support you to get to any part of the home you want to visit. What is always lovey to see is that have witnessed lots of activities taking place which must make positive difference in lives of the people who live there as they all seem engaged and happy. I am very happy to recommend Forest Care Village as a home together with the lovely people who work there.

Forest Care Village, is one of the best homes I have been to by far. When you come into the home firstly you are welcomed with lots of smiles from residents and greeted really well from the staff who are working there. The atmosphere is lively, and the home itself it’s extremely clean including the front and back of the home. I can see all the residents engaging on the day to day activities that are presented to them by the staff. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents wellbeing and safety is maintained. I would recommend this home to many people out there who want the best care for their loved ones. I would also like to thank the home for everything they are doing for the residents and also for the residents families.

From day one, I felt very welcome at Forest Care Village. The home has a lovely ambience and is bright and airy. The residents personally welcome you and there is always laughter! It is nice to receive resident feedback on a regular basis and to be part of such a great team of residents and staff 😃

I can't give no stars. 10 years ago this rehab centre was bad and it's still the same. My brother was sent there from Hillingdon Alderbourne unit an absolutely brilliant place and staff. able to walk 10 steps in a gutter frame. he was well on this way to having some quality to his life and was a very good candidate for rehab. He was sent to Forest care village to Carrie on his rehab journey as Forest Care had their own rehab team. My brother had already had covid19 and the vaccine and was clear before Hillingdon let him out to go to Forest Care but they put him in Isolation with the door shut, My brother and I were in touch on the phone every day from the start of covid19 lockdown. My brothers calls started to get less and less and he didn't sound right, I called to speak to his key worker and she could hardly speak English and understand even less when I told her to get the doctor in to see to my brother she kept telling me he ok he ok I told her he is not ok and to call the doctor. My brothers case manager demanded to see my brother and she found that in 2.1/2 weeks he had lost 8 stone and his toenails were 3cm long he couldn't even lift his hand up to wave, they hadn't even unpacked his clothes. Forest Care may have changed owners twice but the place has never changed.

The staff here have a real gift for care and compassion, making everyone feel genuinely welcome and valued. The environment is warm and inviting, and the activities they provide are varied and engaging. It's the little things they do that make it truly feel like home, from helping families customise their room, to the comfortable spaces and delicious meals. In Forest Care Village, they don't just provide care, they nurture a community. Highly recommended.

From the moment you enter Forest Care Village, you are welcome with lots of smiles from residents to staff. The atmosphere is lively, and the environment is clean. Many residents have had an improved quality of life since they moved in to the village. They are offered and encouraged to take part in a great variety of communal activities as well as one to one activities. The staff go above and beyond to ensure the residents wellbeing and safety is maintained. They are encouraged to develop and offered opportunities to grow within the company. Well done and a great big thank you to all the staff for all you do on a daily basis to give the best possible care to the residents at the village.

We are so glad to be apart of the forest care village family. This is a lovely home, decorated beautifully with lots of colours. Plenty of activities to do throughout the day. They have a in house sweet shop where you can buy snacks and toiletries which I think is a really nice touch. The staff are so helpful and always at hand when needed. I truly feel they go above and beyond giving that extra bit of reassurance. We couldn’t ask for anything more and as a family thank you very much for all that you do.
