Joel was initially very quick to respond and listen to the requirements for my daughter. He put in place Emma to to assist and she helped my daughter lift her grade from an E at the mocks to a B in the real A Level. This was more than enough to help her achieve the required UCAS points for her first choice university, so would definitely recommend.

Alex and Joel have really helped my daughter get back on track with her schoolwork after a stressful time. They are so positive and helpful - it’s been a lifesaver for us.

ILS has been amazing for my son whilst preparing and studying for his GCSE's. He started with the revision course which gave him the tools to organise himself and figure out the best methods for his way of studying, it also gave him a structure of when to study. His tutoring sessions with Joel have been encouraging and engaging which makes his GCSE journey more enjoyable! Would highly recommend.

A really supportive and flexible approach to tutoring. Having tutors that specialise in subjects is really helpful, as well as having a bank of tutors which meant that if my daughter didn't click with the first tutor there were others she could try. My daughter has had GCSE English support as well and using the revision services that ILS offer. She gained so much confidence and is much more relaxed about her approach to revision. Money well spent!

We highly recommend ILS for any student who is currently doing their GCSE course. It has been hugely beneficial for my son who is currently preparing for his mocks. I cannot recommend ILS highly enough! Joel and Alex are simply incredible. My sons (16 and 14) find them both so inspirational and motivating. Joel is just a few years older than my sons and is a fantastic role model, not to mention wonderfully smart. They create a formidable team and have lead my boys brilliantly. One of my sons was in year 10 and struggling so much with his ADHD to focus on maths (or anything academic!) and Joel has managed to take him from the lower paper to the higher paper in maths in a matter of a couple of months! We are thrilled! My other son is going into year 10 now and just embarking on a revision program with both Joel and Alex and I feel so grateful and relieved to have found the company. Because the revision techniques and study habits they have devised and are building are so clear and easy to follow. My sons feel so supported and championed but also they feel that healthy pressure to be challenged, problem solve, meet deadlines and complete work. I just don’t have the time as a single, working mum to do this all myself and stay on them all the time. It’s the best money I’ve ever spent to utilise the services of ILS to do this because I’m never not going to be their mum either! They don’t want to listen to ME - even if I was worth listening to!
