I must admit, I went with a blocked nose and I'm now home and I can breathe through both nostrils so I would say it was a successful first session. We went as part of a Groupon so it's always worth checking any offers before visiting. We were a group of 4 (2 adults/2 kids) and booked a family session and were in there with 2 other people, so it felt nice and exclusive.

Very relaxing experience and did feel the benefits on my sinuses will definitely be returning. Parking is difficult so parked In Tesco and walked up not far 3 minutes walk

Yesterday, I had the most incredible experience when my family of three, along with another family of four, visited the Salt Cave. The children had a great time playing on the salt and breathing in the salty air. I can't recommend it enough – we felt fantastic after spending time in that rejuvenating environment. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We're definitely planning to repeat this wonderful experience.

Our baby boy got the flu virus when he was 2 months old. His breathing was toughen, He was coughing all the time and his nose always blocked. The hospital couldn't give him anything to ease his breathing, cause he was too young, so we've tried the salt breathing therapy. It made huge difference!! He stopped coughing after 4 sessions (once a week). We are coming since once in 2 weeks. I recommend to anyone to try out, especially during cold seasons. Salt Cave offers membership discounts, the staff are very welcoming and nice, always ready to help.

Coming here with my kids from last 2 years, really seen big difference on my older son building up his immunity and quickly get rid of flu once inside salt room. Halotherapy - salt therapy - is a natural and innovative healing method: via halogenerators, salt mist in the air provides healing for respiratory passages, general wellbeing and to boost immunity. In the salt rooms, massage chairs, peaceful music and heated salt pillows scented with essential oils all provide a calming escape. You can book individual sessions - each is 50 minutes - or buy a package which is good value, as you can use it for a whole year. They also provide other home use salt products such as bath salts and salt lamps. The manager, however, tried to push shamanic healing on to me - which also holds sessions at her establishment - which is trespass and disrespect for health freedom and choice in connection with an associated health service. I no longer feel comfortable and free attending sessions so won't be returning. Salt therapy is an essential naturopathic aid, however, and this is one of the very few services in London which provides it.

We had a magnificent experience here. The receptionist was very thorough really professional and helpful. When we entered we where pleasantly surprised being greeted by a smiling receptionist. We found this place relaxing and exceptionally clean, as it should be. We felt great after. The treatment was very effective I could feel the salt treatment working in my chest. My partner and I could breath clearly it felt wonderful.The receptionist also brought through warm sand bags to apply on our backs or chest, which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the massage chair as it increases the relaxation process. When we came out we where coughing out salt but we feel wonderful for it. I will be visited again and will request a private room for myself and my family, that would be really nice. I would highly recommend. Please keep up the good work. Lovely relaxing experience. The massage seats are more of a vibration than a massage. Beautiful salt cave room though. Ambient lighting and music, you can book the room privately, which is nice. You leave feeling refreshed.
