Placed a couple of orders, called to say we’ll send them both in one package and save and refund your courier fees…. Really great compared to 99% of companies who wouldn’t bother. Pleased with the items, will definitely be back. Prompt delivery, well packaged.

I have done a couple of online orders with MISTR since finding them online, a fantastic choice of clothing! I visited the shop to do an exchange and Chantelle was really helpful and attentive, both over the phone and when I visited the shop. Really like the set up with the barber shop in the mix 😁💈👌🏽

Outstanding Barbershop! From start to finish, the attention to detail and personalised care impressed me. You get the sense that they treat every client with the same respect and meticulousness. Communication was fantastic, valuable advice, welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere; all created a sense of trust - something that’s so important when you get your hair cut somewhere new. And I left with a haircut that perfectly matched what I’d hoped for. MISTR is a hidden gem combining professionalism, expertise, and a warm atmosphere. I highly recommend this place for an exceptional haircut experience that exceeds expectations. 5 stars all the way!

Ordered online everything was fine but the PINK T-shirt which said it was pink on the page I ordered from and said it was pink in my shopping basket and said it was pink on the invoice label turned out to be PEACH which is definitely orange. Spoke to customer services who to cut a long story short said that they can only put a certain amount of colours on their website so decided to class peach as pink! And much to the confusion of the conversation they failed to see why I thought the T-shirt might be pink but here’s the kicker they said I can return the item at my expense as they don’t do return labels and when they get it back do a refund. So unfortunately I can recommend using a company who operates under these policies.

Telephoned MISTR, talked to the “Lovely” Chantelle regarding a Barbour jacket to make sure it was in stock in the Borehamwood store , Chantelle informed me it was the last one in my size so helpfully suggested for me to buy online before I traveled to the shop, I did not, I arrived three hours later as I was travelling from Lincolnshire to Brighton via Ickenham . Even though I did not reserve it Chantelle still put the jacket to one side for me.. It’s the little touches like that , that keep customers coming back, Great customer service as nothing is too much trouble , not just with me but with other customers in the shop at the time. I’ve Planned our wedding already.!!! 😇

I bought a jacket on their website (66, 87 pounds - shipping included) The price was really convenient, BUT when the product arrived to my address in Italy, UPS informed me that I had to pay an extra cost of 36.90 euro due to import/export taxes and VAT. During the placing of the order they never advise me about that amount. And it was clearly written that taxes were 0. I wrote to the company and they explained me that they were referring to national taxes. Poor information, unfair transaction, and low attention to the consumer. I could not give back the product because I would have had payed the shipping cost (20 pounds plus the amount of 36.90 euro). Totally inconvenient. They are not transparent and they do not give clear advises during the placing of the order about possible extracosts. I discover that they wrote it on their website but it was not specified when I payed my order.

I would rate my haircut 10/10 if im honest, outstanding barbershop with a friendly vibe, barbers know their stuff and are masters in skin-fades though their prices are quite high for haircut. I would recommend to review their prices for a better overall experience. All the best guys

Purchased an item online for Xmas gift, unfortunately it suffered from a manufacturing defect only discovered when gift was unwrapped, I emailed the guys @ Mistr with images etc. This morning on their first day back I received a call directly from the Store manager who was clearly genuinely sorry for the circumstances (through no fault of their own) and could not have been more apologetic, between herself and the owner they went way beyond my expectations of making good the situation and ensuring I was thoroughly happy , It’s quite clear that the guys @ Mistr hold customer satisfaction above all else which is a rarity these days, I cannot recommend them highly enough.
