Had ipad 7th generation battery replaced by iHandj in borehamwood. Good service and a nice local store to get tech products repaired. Highly recommended.

I can’t fault their service they are very helpful and knowledgeable. They don’t try and up sell . Repairs done quickly and reasonably priced. Have had repairs done and new purchases would happily use them again .

Had a broken screen on a Samsung S21 Ultra. They replaced the screen and the back , cheaper than I've been quoted at previous phone repair shops. Took it home, sat nav apps wearnt working. Phoned them up , they said bring it back no problem!. Left it with them . Picked it up at the end of the day, all working perfectly! Definitely recommend them!! 💯!!! Will DEFINITELY use them again should I have too.

I wish I can give no star for service received today and would give one star only as they refunded money back. The way my son was treated today, was so poor and I have to alert other parents to be careful if they decide to send their 15 year old child to this shop. To sell the cheapest case protector that in the shop just few doors down cost £10,even in their own shop I found pricing on some of the cases in the range of £10, and not all the cases have been priced I guess so they can charge whatever they think they can get and then to tell my son he is getting £5 discount so all together case and glass protector for I phone 13 (small) will cost after discount £25 it just unbelievable. I am so disappointed and really sad that you have done this. I trusted your store and was coming to you with all my phone or I pads issue, but not anymore. It breaks my heart to see how your treated my son. Please make sure in future when you decided to be dishonest with your customers, just remember that as customers we also can do our own maths, and please don’t lie about discount if it’s not applied.

Absolutely brilliant service! I got my I Pad fixed at a very good price! I had no appointment on a busy Saturday afternoon at 15.00. They squeezed me in, it did not take long at all like 12 minutes tops. They are very professional, knowledgeable and warm and friendly too. Use this shop for any IT hardware/software issues plus they sell laptops, PS5’s and much more! Thankyou I Handi!

I brought my Samsung 10+ into the store to replace the battery. Shortly after replacing, I called the store as I was concerned about the fact the phones diagnostics said the battery was weak. They tried to reassure me that the battery should be fine and continued to use. After over a months use, the diagnostics still said that the battery was weak and when I went into the store they told me that Samsung about two months ago had changed the software, alledgedly to stifle competion from 3rd party replacements. I asked if they could replace the battery in any case to rule out any mishap or faulty battery. He said I anyway had 3 months warranty and did this for me straight away. Although it still showed a weak battery when running the diagnostics, I was happy with their explanation and efforts.
