Fantastic service from Prestige. I broke a full bottle of foundation on a pale cream carpet. Chris arranged an urgent appointment for the next morning .Liviu and his colleague arrived on time and within an hour my carpet looked perfect. We had a break in at home where the burglar caught himself on the glass and bled all over the carpet upstairs (cream coloured!) he also left muddy foot prints. I called Prestige and they came the same day so that it wouldn’t stain, removed all evidence of them being in the house and then came back to the following day to remedy a few small patches. Not only was the service unreal and the carpet looks great, the team were friendly, kind and lovely to deal with in a horrible situation. Thank you.

Prestige Carpet Care came to our car dealership and provided a superb service. The carpet in question was 10 years old and very heavily soiled so I wasn't expecting great results but they managed to bring the carpet back to looking new again which was very surprising given just how bad it was. Can't recommend this company enough for a polite, very professional service.

Great service from Chris and team. They removed paint and black eye makeup from a wool carpet that we had thought would need replacing. We are completely blown away by how clean it is! Fast and professional service - easy to arrange, arrived on time, and everything was done in about an hour. Very highly recommended.

Very professional Service. Would highly recommend this company! We thought we were going to have to replace our carpet due to our puppy having lots of accidents. We used all types of carpet cleaner sprays which didn’t do the job. Prestige cleaned our carpets Two days ago and it looks like brand new. So happy with the results

Chris at Prestige Carpet Care and Cleaning did a great job for me today. I suffered a leak of water and thought all my carpets needing replacing. However, he managed to make them almost new again and saved me lots of effort and money. The team were fast, professional and reasonably priced. I'd highly recommend them as a small local firm. Our carpet was in need of thorough clean - not least because we'd decided to get a puppy about six months ago. After Googling - we called Chris based on his five star reviews and we're really glad we did. He provided an easily understood and reasonable cost and agreed a date and time to return. His professional and quietly confident approach left me in no doubt we were doing the right thing. On the day he contacted us to confirm time of arrival and once on site did the work without fuss - moving furniture and coping with our comings and goings without complaint. The results are amazing .... transforming our 5 year old beige carpet into pristine, like new, condition - removing all signs of puppy accidents. We will certainly be using Chris in the future - and, because it was all so easy, we won't be leaving the carpets another five years before doing so! Highly recommended and real value for money.
