I will start saying that ,, I don’t like dentists! ‘’ …but at Borehamwood I had a nice experience , great staff , especially in the surgery they reassured me that I’ll be fine ,dr. Rishika and Daniela ☺️ were really nice to me ,kind and polite,I will definitely come back and recommend them. Thank you for your patience and support.😊

Had a bad experience on Monday, as I'm pregnant and I felt really unwell today. My only option of transport was to walk but I felt so dizzy and lightheaded that I was afraid I would faint. I called them to reschedule my appointment and explained everything, I was even prepared to pay for my next appointment in advance just to give them reassurance. However, the hygentist receptionist explained that I will need to pay a £30 cancellation fee, however she didnt seem sure and she said she would call me back in a minute but I never received a call from her. No empathy or good customer service was shown.

I had a bad experience with the dentist over 15 years ago. Since then, I've only gone when I had to... After a lot of research, I chose this practice to have 2 of my teeth extracted. I was really nervous & had anxiety... Dr Rajiv was very thorough when talking about the procedure; he explained when he was going to inject the anesthetic, what it was going to do, checked & kept checking that my gums were numb & successfully extracted both my teeth. It was way quicker than I expected! Dental nurse Hayley was AMAZING! She held my hand for every injection, and when my tooth was getting extracted & words of encouragement... As an adult, sounds silly, but I needed this. Hayley offered her hand before I even asked, to help calm my nerves. They made me feel safe. I trusted them. I am grateful for them. Thank you both Xx

I have been a patient for many years and remained one even though I moved further away some years ago. The practice has excellent dentists and efficient assistants. You can find yourself waiting in reception because the dentists have fallen behind but you are updated and if necessary they will swap dentists to accommodate you. An excellent practice.

Dr Mason is the BEST!! I would never see another dentist again. Very gentle approach and manner makes you feel comfortable and at ease, doesn’t hurt at all. The only dentist I ever look forward to seeing. Amy on reception is fantastic and efficient. Great surgery, great team I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My family has been looked after by this practice for several years. We're always treated well in there. Amy receptionist is so helpful always trying her best to arrange an appointment that suits us. A dental practitioner named Priya is amaizing with my kids. Very patient, informative and thorough with a great preventative approach to an oral care.

I have used Borehamwood Dental Practice for many years and they have always looked after me. The young lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. The dentist’s are very professional and do a great job. Highly recommend!

I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the dentist, but Dr Mason makes me feel at ease each time I go there. I wouldn’t see anybody else other than him now. Myself and my family still use their practice after 15 years!

I have been petrified of dentist all my life. So much so that I have been so sick I have passed out. Well what can I say about my visit today. I was so much more calmer in no pain and did not pass out. I vsnt thank the dentist enough. His bedside manner was 2nd to non.

Over the past few weeks I have attended the surgery for a number of different procedures. At each of these visits I have been greeted by friendly receptionists and a clean and hygienic practice. Dr Shah has carried out all of my treatment and has been informative and professional throughout.
