Great vets, always so caring. Can't fault them at all.

1st class care for my boy

Fernside have been extremely helpful & dependable with always giving good medication & accurate check-ups for my now-late dog. They always had a solution to a problem for me and had great communication with providing eye drops for my local chemist, and switching them out for others when required. Very welcoming and friendly staff who are always great to talk to. They gave us everything we needed from the start to the end

I took a neighbour's pet here and it was a very pleasant first experience. Parking outside free for 1hr, a clean and cool waiting room and super friendly staff. Unlike other vets, there was not a long wait and I was seen within 5mins of arriving. The vet was very thorough and gave a lot of really good advice. This is now somewhere I'd bring my own pets. The staff make the visits so easy. Having an anxious dog is tough enough but they are fully trained and equipped to deal with it. My dog has been through a lot of trauma and they have made me feel at ease during those difficult times. Thank you all for being so lovely.

They saved my cat! I could not be more thankful for what they have done. As I didn't have an insurance either they also were very empathetic to reduce a very expensive treatment. My cat is well and alive. This is what matters. They've seen me within hours from my 1st call, and my cat was under constant observation after surgery. Always in the phone to me with any updates, etc. ❤️🧡💛

Really wonderful team of caring vets, nursing and admin staff. Not only are they great with our dog they take the time to know us too. Our main vet Fiona is fantastic and turned our nervous vet visiting pup into a confident girl. Best vet practice around

Always lovely and incredibly helpful. The first time ever my cat has flowed from both ends 🤢😷 lol not a problem with the nurses who whisked him off and changed, cleaned him down. Incredibly grateful
