went for a simple acrylic french tip and the shape is bad and they just look like press ons. not neat or clean at all. and most places would stop at max £40 but they were £41 for a bad job, plus they weren’t particularly friendly. and I saw the bank details on the table but the lady said cash only, so I was left with a bunch of change for poorly done nails when I should’ve at least received the £10 note back.

I have been coming to this Nails shop for more than a year now and I have always been impressed by their quality and by their friendly service and staff. Also, They have always been very professional and patient with me that I am so indecisive so I am so glad I found this shop in my neighbourhood. On top of this, my nails are always long lasting!!! Highly recommend this place

They cut the side of my skin and it wouldn’t stop bleeding and the nail is digging in my finger and is now hurting

My absolute favourite nail salon. Always leave the salon with perfect nails. Lee is amazing he cares so much about the quality of your nails and always makes sure they are exactly what you want. Except he always makes them better! 100% book with Lee

My nails look alright. But the service was poor. Had to ask a few times for them to be cut and filed to the length and shape I wanted, not what he wanted, as they are quite thin at the moment. Asked for a third coat as the colour is very pale and was told no which is frustrating as the colour isn’t as bold as it looked on the sample. Will be returning back to my normal shop

So awful showed a picture I had previously had done told to bank transfer £51 BEFORE they done them and they have done the most horrendous job and won’t respond to any emails or messages. First pic the one I asked for 2nd & 3rd what they did!

Awful customer service! Went in 3days after an infill to repair 1 broken nail. (No option online to book for nail repair). Empty shop. Kept saying really busy come back tomorrow but still couldn’t give me an exact time to come. Lady said they dont have an option to book for nail repair. On their online booking service it shows they are bot busy at all as there is availability to book lots of services for today. I do not recommend getting nails done here as staff are very unhelpful even when its to repair a job they have done. No wonder the shop is always empty in comparison to others. Such a shame

I did not like the nails, the service was awful, the lady did not take her time with the nails and was quite rough. Completely skipped the cuticles too. Definitely pricey for the quality of nails. I mentioned that they were too thick but the lady said don’t worry I will file it down later and continued adding more powder onto the nails when it no longer needed any. I think you should listen to your client and take into account what their preference is. Also, quite rude. I had to immediately go to my local nail shop and get them fixed there. I would excuse all of this but definitely not the rudeness.

I have been using their services for a few years now. Very polite and professional staff. I always get what I want. The salon is at a short distance from Tesco's car park, which is very convenient. You can either pay by cash or do a bank transfer, which is very helpful. Highly recommend.
