Very lovely guy serving here, I don't know how he managed to handle a fully packed shop this morning, but it's very pleasant to come here, even for a few copies.

Absolutely shocking customer service. The men working there are rude and totally disinterested in helping you. As you enter, before you get the chance to ask them a question, they tell You that they can’t send your package, you have to go to the post office down the road. And there is no point advertising your opening hours on your shop Window if you don’t actually abide by them

MBE went above and beyond my expectations for my A2 print. They rolled up and even supplied a container for my A2 print on my journey home to prevent it from damage. I highly recommend this place. Gone are the days when I go to the tiny post office with long lines and staff on their mobile phones. Mail Boxes etc - I discovered last year do all royal mail services and lots more ...so when my printer was out of ink... had some pages printed there until I could get more ink. They are a real go-to. I think I pop in about every 1-2 weeks for some thing. Above all- I have never had more than 2 people in front of me - and ALWAYS treated with friendly staff. Perhaps I shouldn't have written the review... as now the secret of borehamwood's actually GOOD postal service is out there! :)
