Can’t recommend Insight highly enough! Family-run firm with great customer service, easy parking, clean & bright premises. The team are always helpful and friendly.

So this morning I raced into Insight to be greeted by the lovely optician as my glasses had broken, the fact I can barely see with out them he Immediately organised me some contact lenses so I could get through the day, & kindly offered to cut my lenses from my broken frames into a spare that I had. I can’t tell you how much this meant to me, our family wouldn’t use any other optician, he goes above & beyond to help everybody offering a 5* service. Highly recommend Insight if your looking for a family friendly optician. Thank you again for all your help much appreciated

Long story short. I lost my glasses on a night out, the only pair I had of course. As it was a Sunday spec savers was my only option. The girl on the desk was a nightmare. I had explained my story 3 times and still ask me to bring my glasses in 😂 quoted me 10days also. I managed to get an cancellation appt Monday afternoon with INSIGHT. I had a set of frames from a holiday I had bought so anyway I had my eye test and thought I’d be waiting at least 5- 7 working days. To my surprise he said I have the lenses here and I’ll have them done in 25 mins for you. I can not say thank you enough to the lovely guys who really did help an oldish woman out quickly. Highly recommend.

Insight really are the best Opticians ever !! After being with them for over 24 years now I can’t imagine trusting anybody else. The eye tests are extremely thorough and everything explained from beginning to end.They are very professional and also such lovely people, always going above and beyond to help. I can recommend them 100% ! P.S I love my new glasses 🤓 xx

Rude and unhelpful ! I went there to ask if they could send my frames away to add nosepads, the guy made a big deal about this and said he doesn’t want to do this as I will just come back and moan they won’t be right and I kept telling him they would be an improvement on what i currently have (ones that sit on my cheeks hence why I wanted to get nose pads drilled). He was very condescending, how dare he say what I will or not like, I wanted this done to my glasses and he has no right. Next, he offered to adjust my glasses for me for a better fit but then kept saying to me he doesn’t want to as he doesn’t want to worry that I will keep coming back to moan about them, I mean he is the one that offered ! I just got so fed up I just left it. Funny that, I was actually looking for a new optician but this guy is just so unprofessional and unhelpful . I would avoid and go somewhere where there is more professionalism. I was just speechless

Amazing opticians. I have recently moved to them after previously using a major chain of opticians. So glad I did. The eye test appointment was very thorough and they clearly discussed all my options for my new prescription. Within a couple of days my new lenses were ready. Great customer service throughout the experience. Thank you.

Just been for my first eye test and check up in years. Insight were a great help, very friendly and knowledgeable. Luckily my eyes are fine so I won't need to go back anytime soon but if you are looking for an optician, I would highly recommend Insight
