Ordered food through Just Eat. Did not deliver the food and rudely cut the call when enquired about the status. Apt name for the restaurant is "CHEAT" meals. Never ordering from here.

I’ve found hair in my food on SIX different occasions when ordering this. Staff in store and rude and dismissive and often making order mistakes. Such a shame as the food is banging but finding hair in my food 6 different times is just ridiculous! Staff should be wearing hair nets !!!!! So disgusting and unhygienic

Excellent service. I absolutely enjoyed my BBQ burger meal. Minor issue is they need to switch the AC, not the right weather to have cold air blowing above your head

Have been here a few times now - I can say this place does not disappoint! The burgers and fries are fresh! Never fails to fill me up! The portion sizes are good and the meat is always fresh and juicy! I am a fussy one, always wanting my burger made the way I like it. They have always accommodated the request with a smile! Parking can be a bit difficult as it’s on a high street, but there are places around (paid and non-paying places). I would definitely recommend; my personal favourite being the Spicy Mexican (double beef, no fresh onions/tomatoes (grilled onions ftw) and plenty of chipotle sauce!) with fries and a coke!

Hmmm. I have ordered from here previously and have directly collected food from their store. All good experiences in the past. Ordered recently and was shocked at how few chips were provided. The chips cost £1.80 per portion. I never received this few in the past with them. I did call them regarding this and they had told me this is now the new portion size. I'm not sure why they would reduce the portion size of their fries. Is there some sort of potato shortage? It's a shame because the burger is decent and the fries do taste good. But definitely overpriced for what you get. I hope the restaurant will try to make adjustments. Otherwise last order for me. Also seems to be quite a few fake reviews. Profile with only one reviews or those that only give 5stars with generic feedback.

Didn’t follow order notes, specifically asked for no tomatoes, both burgers had tomatoes. The chips had burnt onions over them too. I get they are supposed to be grilled, not charred black though. The food was decent though, milkshake was banging.

I was pleasantly surprised how good the burger I had was ! So good I didn't get a chance to take a photo of it 😂 But I have been back on a number of occasions and you find pictures of the burger or two had since my first visit 🤣

First and last order I'll making be from here. Cold meal absolutely disgusting won't be ordering from here ever again! Hope I have saved you from the bad experience. To top it off no number listed to contact them. Dodgy meal. Just threw it in the bin in the end. Inedible!
