I booked my cab yesterday for a short run to allum lane cemetery explaining to man how I couldn’t walk far so I needed to get there , be waiting for do what I had to do and then be dropped back to station, it’s cash only which I didn’t have he was extremely helpful arranged to take me to atm the driver was so nice and polite but most of all kind and understanding he brought me as near to the door of the station as possible for drop off because he could see my difficult in walking thank you to the man who answered my call and to the lovely driver

I have left a bad review in the past, but they have clearly upped their game. The driver Daoud was on time, had a clean car, was polite and very helpful.

Booked a cab earlier in the day arrived on time. Great service.

It was a taxi ride to my destination. Best price I could get from any local taxi firm. A joyous ride!

used them a few times , waited 45 minutes and driver admitted they forgot about my order.they tell you car is on the way and end up waiting for a longer time then expected . and they have cancelled my pre booking a couple of times. i have given them a few chances and not good experiences.

Timely, professional, helpful, polite, positive and efficient. Used these folk for the first time on 15/03/23 for a business trip into Central London, Abdul was the epitome of cool, calm and collected, the customer face of a good and caring team.

Probably the scariest ride in my life. I was picked up at 12.15pm to go to the hospital. After a few minutes I was feeling very unsafe and uncomfortable and if could I would have stoped the ride. First he said his card machine is not working. What if I only had card and no cash on me? There would be no time trying to find a cash point and what then? No need to tell customers in advance when booking taxi? The driver looked like he’s high or something. Barely having his hand on a steering wheel. Wearing hoodie. And his runny nose situation is just nasty. Not very professional is it?!? Don’t even want to start explaining condition of the car so I guess the best is to add some photos which would give a full picture. Just nasty and stinks. How can you drive people in this type of dirt?!? Absolutely atrocious service. From now on absolutely no to Herts Cars!!!!!!

Very disrespectful shouting and short even though they are dead wrong. Spoke to associate who was polite enough. He transferred me to an alleged manager who was very disrespectful and refused to listen. Will never use this service. I’d advice you to save yourself the insults. If there was any doubt on my review please see the delightful response from the “owner” who is not only telling me off for complaining has felt the need to highlight he’s taken the time to check my reviews to other companies and also tell me HOW to do my own review. If only the “owner” would spend 10 percent of his time take customer service training. Maybe those who work for you won’t have such bad manners. The awkward part is my only other review was 5 stars for a company that supplied my wedding dress so attention to detail also zero. Please don’t bother calling Herts unless you want insults, being spoken down to even by the owner apparently!

The service was wonderful from the call handler to the driver who was absolutely lovely, felt safe. It was a beautiful car for my wedding. Driver arrived before time and very courteous. Would highly recommend.

Used to be a reliable firm but not any more. Haven’t had a cab from here be on time for a long while. Regularly up to 15 minutes late even when Pre booked WELL in advance (literally hours) when you call to query they’re not even apologetic nor do they inform you ahead of this that your cabs running late. Control office recently said they were late as I hadn’t booked the cab long enough in advance even though it was 45 minutes prior and they accepted the job without issues then. Used to recommend them heavily but not any longer. Completely unreliable
