From our very first meeting with Lucian and Olti, we were extremely comfortable and felt they really listened to our views and knew what we wanted to achieve with our project. We knew from that day we wanted Prenga Ltd to be our builders. Our project was a full house renovation including new plumbing & electrics (3 bed) plus porch, downstairs WC, kitchen extension, loft conversion with en-suite, demolish and rebuild of garden room/office with full landscape of our garden. From the initial quote and breakdown of works, to the payment schedule and timeframe of 16 weeks we were questioning are they too good to be true!. It wasn’t until our build started did we truly see how invested everyone working for Prenga became, from the demolition team all the way through to the end clean, we knew that we were dealing with a professional company and passionate individuals. During the build, we were updated regularly by Lucian, Arber or Olti. Each night the site was cleaned of any rubbish and secured. Prenga really do strive to achieve a very high standard of finish in all aspects of your project and within budget. I can honestly say without Lucian’s knowledge and vision and the hard work of all involved, we would never have achieved what we achieved in our small 3 bed terrace… i have attached some before and after photo’s so you can see how amazing their work is, you can also watch a BBC programme called Your Home Made Perfect season 4 episode 5 (Reena & Wes) to see the transformation of our downstairs… that’s right Prenga Ltd are famous :)

I would recommend these builders as they were respectful and friendly. From start to finish they were on track and completed the work quickly. It was clear what was included in the quote and what were extras. The extension was finished to the highest standards with experienced people such as electrician, glazier, painter and heating engineer working well together.

Lucian and the whole team have done a fantastic job on our recent loft extension and front drive. They were confident, competent and flexible to our requirements. I can't recommend anyone more highly - these guys did a huge project for us, faster than expected, perfectly in budget, and with an incredible eye for detail. They are super friendly, trustworthy, go the extra mile and take great pride in their work. Extension, renovation, decorating, plumbing and electrics, garden, driveway - they did the whole lot from start to finish in 5 months, and every detail was thought of.

An amazing team of builders that also offer competitive prices and also they are the tidiest builders i have ever come across. Each day the team make sure the site is swept, cleaned and ready for the next days work. Lucien is a real gentleman, always available and is able to explain exactly what will be happening and when.
